[MZ] Custom Settings Menu

🔶 Core Features

This settings menu adds and integrates the following options to the original settings:

【Display Settings】

• Fullscreen/Windowed Mode
• Fix the menu page to a specific resolution (it will not follow the global resolution settings)
• Set the game scene/battle scene to a fixed resolution or let it follow the global resolution settings

【Language Settings】

• Theoretically unlimited language files
• Custom text in plugin parameters, as well as text in event editing and the system, can be localized by using the ##key## placeholder

【Input Settings】

• Multiple function keys are configured by default
• Supports key combinations, which must start with one of the modifier keys: Shift, Ctrl, Alt, LB, RB, LT, RT
• Allows hiding the keys you don’t need
